Her abilities make her a vital part of any ghost hunting investigation as she attempts to make contact with whatever spirits may be present. However, Anna is quick to sense a problem inside the hall when she is unable to detect a single presence, not even the trace memories of those that were there before them. |

Mark is a former ghost finder who has been sent along as a camera-man to document the team's findings. However Jerry is quick to question how someone with Mark's qualifications could be given such a lowly assignment. As their investigation of the hall unravels, more becomes clear about Mark's dark past, and the team realises he may in fact hold the key to saving them all. |

Ian is the team's technical guru. Carrying with him a unique array of high-tech ghost hunting equipment, tuned to pick up everything from temperature fluctuations to electromagnetic variations, it is almost impossible for the afterlife to avoid his detection. However, Ian himself hates the job. He is only there because it gives him the chance to play with equipment he would never be able to get his hands on anywhere else. As far as he's concerned, the faster they can resolve a haunting and be back home the better. When they become trapped in the hall, Ian's worst fears are realised and even his technical expertise may not be enough to save them. |
